In reshaping Volkswagen's visual communication strategy surrounding the new ID.4, the project addressed a crucial problem: the need to adapt corporate language in the face of evolving consumer preferences and changing brand loyalty dynamics. Recognizing the evolving landscape, Volkswagen was strategically positioned to connect with its audience on a deeper level, cultivating lasting loyalty through generational ties. The focus was on crafting a relatable, authentic narrative that balanced nostalgia and innovation. This was achieved through the design of a 360 campaign involving OOH ads, the #DriveThroughTimeChallenge, and a photo album. The campaign invited individuals to relive the past while embracing a greener tomorrow.
